Do you understand your struggles intellectually but still feel stuck in the same patterns? Your body’s been trying to tell you something, unexplained aches and pains, feeling disconnected from yourself, or even your intense emotional reactions that seem out of your control.

This isn’t weakness or failure, it’s your nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do to keep you safe.

Your body and emotions inform you; what’s good for you, what’s unhealthy for you and where you need to set boundaries. I specialize in Somatic and AEDP therapy so we can work directly with your body’s wisdom, not just your thoughts.

My goal is to help you learn to listen to your intuitions, your instincts and most importantly your emotions. In therapy with me, you and I will work together side by side. You’ll start to understand what your body is trying to tell you. You’ll develop a greater capacity to feel and experience your emotions without getting overwhelmed.

Your experience in therapy will not only give you new coping strategies, but will help to create a transformation of lasting change.

Your body remembers what your mind forgets, but it also knows how to heal when given the right support. I’ll be right here with you to uncover what is making you feel stuck and move towards helping you heal and gain back control of your life and relationships.
